Hi! We're Rashad & Stephanie 

For over 20 years, we’ve worked with people from every walk of life—from CEOs to stay-at-home parents, pastors to entrepreneurs, students to those in their “post-retirement” season. Between us, we’ve worked with Fortune 100 companies, led teams, launched organizations, and coached leaders through seasons of growth and transition, while completing advanced training in leadership, theology, and high performance coaching.

We believe every person has a unique design, and when you live and lead from that design, you maximize your impact. We started Maximize Design to help more people get clear, get aligned, and make a difference that actually lasts.
